Mama Bear Yoga and Mother Qi are coming together to give you a Nourising Evening Ritual.
Starting with a Facial Gua Sha tutorial than moving into clearing and Nourishing Wi Gong and finishing up with a beautiful calming meditation.
Checklist for the event
- Gua Sha tool and facial oil, any type will work
- Wear something cozy
- Have something to sip like a herbal tea or water
- Pillow or blanket or meditation bolster if you have one
- Light a candle, diffuse an essential oil or smudge your space before starting
